FAQ

When sending us an email for a quote, the more information you can give us, the better we can quote you. 

Please include the following information:

Number of items, Size splits for garments ,Type of garment required ,Colours of garments

,How many colours in your design ,Location of your design on the garment, Size of the print

HOW LONG IS YOUR TURNAROUND?

We aim to get your order to you within 10 working days from receiving full payment and approval of proofs. *due to covid and stock delays this may be pushed to 14 working days*

We can rush orders but this will incur a rush order fee.

HOW DO I PAY?

Our jobs are individually price for your order. Preferred payment method via bank transfer, and some cases PayPal.

We will start your order once invoices have been paid in full. 

WHAT IS THE BIGGEST SIZE YOU CAN PRINT?

Our biggest size that we can print is A3+ (330x440mm). We also can print other sizes like sleeves, baby grows, neck labels and some tricky over hem and 'to the bottom' placements. 

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO GET MY ART OVER TO YOU?

Best practice would be a high quality vector file (.ai). But we can work with most files, it just needs to be a minimum resolution of 300dpi and scaled to the print size you want, or larger.

Remember this is where the magic starts! The better quality the art files the better your end prints will be!
We will let you know if we aren't able to work with your file, and can help out with print ready files. We charge an hourly rate to fix artwork after the first 30 mins. 

WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER NUMBER?

Our minimum order number is 12 garments for screen printing, it takes us the same amount of time to set up for 1 shirt as it does 50 so by ordering more shirts it works out better for your pocket.

We have short run processes, they have limits as with everything but let us know what you need and we will try and help you out.

WHAT IS AN INK CHANGE CHARGE?

We charge £10 every time we have to change the colour of your design on press mid run. Again this is due to a re-set up of the job after the screen has been cleaned down.

CAN I ALSO ADD AN OTHER PRINT LOCATION?

Of course! Let us know what you would like to add and we can quote accordingly. 

WHAT ABOUT DELIVERY?

We use DPD next day tracked, you will get a tracking number and a time slot for your order to be delivered via text message. 

If you're local you can pick up from the shop by appointment only.
